Our goal at HerHealth is to support women across all stages of life, hence our moto - ‘healthcare for her, across the lifespan’. We work with women for a variety of conditions, including incontinence, prolapse, abdominal separation, painful sex etc. In the pregnancy space, our goal is to educate and empower women to understand their body, their pelvic floor and their individual risk profile going into labor and birth. We want all women to be in control of their birth space and birth in the way that feels most comfortable to them. We see postpartum care as just as important as prenatal care, so offer reduced rate 6 week check ups to all clients, where wee can debrief their birth, discuss any symptoms of concerns they have, assess their whole body and help them get back to moving, sex and feeling themselves again.

Hi, I’m Ashley. Mama of two, passionately supporting Mothers in their transition to motherhood, or motherhood again. I believe that when Mothers are well and able to thrive, families can be well and thriving, and when families well and thriving, communities thrive too.
Through yoga teacher training, studying Ayurvedic Wellness, birthing and Mothering my own children, I know that support is what makes the difference. Support when you’ve had a tough time, support when you are celebrating, support to know that what you are going through may be normal, and hard, and you are doing an amazing job. It’s a privilege to witness Mothers traverse the postpartum portal, and to be able to hold space for the transition, and create space for rest, recovery and bonding through practical and emotional support.

Hi, my name is Janine. I am a mum of 3 awesome grown up children. I have a huge passion for supporting new families, and see every day the difference it can make to fully support and care for a newborn mum and bub and the whole family. I am so lucky to have had a long and wonderful career looking after mums, bubs and new families in many capacities as well as loving being a mum myself. I worked as a registered nurse in a large obstetric and women's health hospital in Auckland in all areas of care including antenatal clinics and wards, delivery suite, maternal and neonatal intensive care (NICU), and many years in the postnatal wards. I spent 15 years working as an IVF nurse and also as sole charge of a private postnatal hospital, admitting mums and bubs directly from welcoming their bub in the public hospital.
I moved to Australia and volunteered with the Raise Foundation in their in school and Bump programme with teenage and young mums and trained to become a birth and postpartum doula through the Australian Doula College in 2017. I went on to do further study in postpartum care with Julia Jones and the Newborn Mothers Programme. I have also worked in the Groundwork Programme with families at risk in their postpartum journey.
I have really enjoyed continuing my education in this area and have completed my Cert 4, 0-18 month Holistic Sleep Coaching Programme with Lyndsey Hookway and Babyem based out of London. I have also completed the Possums Sleep Masterclass and I am currently studying to become an IBCLC. I love working with all my families as they get to know their babies and supporting them to enjoy a slow, nurtured, nourished and loved postpartum journey.
I'm blessed to be able to do what I do every day and look forward to meeting many new families ahead.

I see Mums in the very early postpartum days and I feel in this period there is often a lack of consistent support, especially in-home support for this vulnerable and sometimes overwhelming time.
I am passionate in supporting families with a holistic and evidence-based approach, whatever their feeding goals.
I love supporting families at every stage of the breastfeeding journey from Antepartum education consults to weaning, introducing solids and return to work support. I have a particular passion for supporting preterm babies and multiples as they transition home after a NICU/SCN stay.
I have 30+ years of experience in London and Sydney , as a NICU /SCN Nurse, Community Neonatal Liaison Nurse, Hospital Lactation Consultant and Private Practice Lactation Consultant.
